Reservation Terms
One night rates 30% downpayment within 14 days after reservation. Remaining payment must be received no later than one month prior to arrival.

When making reservations for a whole week or longer, a deposit of 2500:- must be payed within two weeks from reservation confirmation. Remaining payment must be received no later than one month prior to arrival.

Total payment may be made with your first payment. If you cancel reservations, the whole sum will be refunded.

Tenants are held personally responsible for their room key. If lost, you will be charged a replacement fee.
